HOW MUCH DOES MOSS REMOVAL FROM YOUR ROOF COST?

The price varies between jobs due to the size of property and the type of tiles on the roof. However, most roof cleaning jobs are in the range of £250 – £600.

WHY REMOVE THE MOSS FROM YOUR ROOF

Having a build up of moss on your roof can damage or even break the tiles, during the winter months moss will freeze and expand causing tiles to break, and during rainy months it holds water which causes moisture which can make the tiles brittle and rotten, cleaning the moss off and using a Biocide treatment can dramatically increase the life of your roof, saving you thousands in repair bills.

HOW WE CLEAN YOUR ROOF

We use roof ladders with harnesses to carefully access your roof and use special tools to carefully remove the moss and lichen by hand from your roof and then we sweep it with a soft brush into the gutters, we cover all downpipes to avoid gutter blockages, once the roof is clean we empty the gutters then apply a heavy coating of Biocide treatment which will continue to kill any leftover moss, Lichen and algae and bring out the colour of the tiles over the coming weeks.
