We specialise in the replacement of uPVC gutters, fascias, soffits and barge boards and the removal of cast iron gutters. We also cap over the old existing wooden fascias with new uPVC which saves you money.
HOW WE REPLACE YOUR GUTTERS
Our experienced installers will start by either putting ladders or a tower up to gain access to your roof line. If you have a conservatory you will need to get a scaffold put over it.
They then inspect the old gutters, fascia and soffits for damage or rot, then remove the first line of roof tiles and cut back the old felt line to reveal the eaves and rafters and fit a new membrane that will lay in the new gutters.
The new uPVC soffit is fitted first and soffit vents are put in for air flow in the loft space, it’s then followed by the fascia board being installed. Gutter brackets are fixed to the fascia board allowing us to fit the new guttering and down pipes.
Finally, all new uPVC is cleaned, and all the rubbish is removed from the property.
