ROOF SURVEYS
Before carrying out any repairs to your roof you should have a roof survey done by a professional to assess the condition of the roof, your roof can have minor or major issues long before you notice it, usually because it’s a neglected part of a property.
whether you are moving house and need an inspection before selling or you are buying a property and want peace of mind that the roof is in good condition, or that it has been damaged in a recent storm we can help you.
We inspect the roof using traditional methods, this means we check it manually using roof ladders as we believe that drones can sometimes miss damage that only the eye can see, whilst there we check the roof on the outside and also check the internal part in the loft space. For very old and fragile roofs we use a camera mounted extension pole to take photos and videos.
